The Harbor at Legacy Village is a 1st class facility that has taken excellent care of my Aunt for the past two years. The facility Director Sasha Prough has created an exceptional living and health care center. I would recommend Legacy Village for all of your geriatric family needs.

When I wrote this review initially, mom had been at Legacy almost four years. My mother passed away in February after almost nine years at Legacy. She was provided with the utmost in care and respect. Often seniors are so missed or ignored because they’re old! That was never the case with my mom or any other resident. The entire staff went out of their way to take care of us especially in mom’s last days. I can never say thank you enough for all they did for her and for our family. I’m thankful mom never had to leave Legacy because they became our family too. Some day I will need care and I look forward to knowing there is a place called Legacy for me too!

We needed a place for our mother to stay and be taken care of around the clock.  We were able to get her into Legacy Village where she has been loved and cared for which gives us some peace of mind. They offer so many possibilities for mother to participate in and to keep her from being alone. I am grateful for the administration, nurses and caregivers that devote their time, experience and mostly their hearts to care for our mother.

Legacy is amazing!  Everyone is so kind, caring and helpful. They truly love the residence. My mother is happy at Legacy.

The staff at Legacy are wonderful. They go out of their way to make their residents feel at home. The care is top notch.

I have been amazed how the administrators and staff at Legacy Village of Jacksonville have responded to the challenge of caring for their residents while following best practices over the past 4 months of the pandemic. I have never, not once, worried about my mother receiving the best and most compassionate care possible since she has been at Legacy, and she has been here 5 years, 10 months. But throughout the unprecedented health crisis brought by COVID-19, Legacy has gone over and above what’s required to keep residents safe and well. At the same time, they have offered opportunities for family members to visit or communicate with their loved one in a way that is focused on their social, emotional and physical well being. I believe during times of crisis, stress, or great challenge, we can best see the true colors of an individual or organization. Legacy Village has done just that. You can see it every day there. But in the midst of all the chaos and strife in our world right now, Legacy Village is a beacon of light, reflecting kindness and love to all who call this their home.

Legacy is a beautiful place, the atmosphere is inviting and friendly. It’s always so clean and well maintained. The staff is exceptional and very attentive, they are always willing to help the families in any way. I couldn’t think of a better place for my dad.

The care that is being provided to my mom at Legacy has been priceless to me and my family. It gives me such a peace of mind knowing that mom us well taken care of.

I love living at Legacy Village, the staff is the best. They offer great care to my wife and me. I have been to another facility, and nothing compares to this place. I would recommend it to anyone.

My favorite thing about Legacy is the staff, they are wonderful. I can’t do very many things for myself anymore and knowing that there is always someone here to help puts my mind at ease.
